Shipping Availability 

Currently, we offer delivery services across India. At this moment, our shipping operations are limited to domestic locations, and we do not facilitate international shipments. 

Order Processing Timeline 

• After successfully placing an order, processing begins within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
• A confirmation email with order details will be sent to your registered email once processing is initiated. 

Estimated Delivery Duration 

• Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. 
• Delivery schedules may be affected by unexpected circumstances such as weather disruptions, operational delays, or peak shopping periods. 

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel: 

• Our courier partners will make up to two additional attempts to complete the delivery. 
• If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. 
• A re-shipment request can be placed, subject to additional delivery fees. 

Handling Lost or Damaged Orders 

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs as proof. 
• In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
